Description

Deep breathing is one of the best calming strategies you can use as you always have it available to use! While it is simple and always available, many people need to practice it and have different options for how to use it. In this calming activity the participant will make their own breathing stick to help them visualize breathing in and out. The hope is that soon enough they won't need it and will automatically practice deep breathing on their own!
