Description
Oil pastels are a painting medium that has a stick crayon like form and is a combination of materials. The mixture of materials creates the oily, soft stick. Applying oil pastels in layers of color will allow for a completely different look for the painting. In this activity, the participant will create a mosaic using Washi tape and their oil pastels.
